Partial Wedding Planning in Cornwall

For couples who have already begun planning

Partial planning is designed for couples who already have some of the key foundations in place, such as a confirmed venue or marquee supplier, but need expert guidance to bring everything together in a structured, cohesive way.

It works particularly well for weddings where momentum has already begun — but the detail, design direction, and supplier management now need refining and pulling together.

What’s included:

  • Review of all existing plans and suppliers

  • Full planning structure and master timeline creation

  • Supplier coordination and ongoing management

  • Remaining supplier sourcing where needed

  • Design refinement and styling direction

  • Marquee and logistics coordination

  • Floorplans, guest flow, and detailed planning schedules

  • Final wedding coordination and on-the-day execution

I work regularly with leading marquee suppliers including Sperry Tents and Absolute Canvas, ensuring seamless coordination across all elements of your wedding setup.

A note on this service - While partial planning is highly effective, it is important to understand that it works best when there is already a clear structure in place. Typically starting 4 months prior to the day.

For marquee weddings in particular, full planning often delivers a more cohesive and elevated result, as it allows the entire design, supplier team, and logistics to be developed together from the beginning.

This ensures nothing is pieced together — instead, everything is intentionally built as one complete vision.

Which service is right for you?

If you are:

  • Just beginning your planning journey

  • Still shaping your vision and supplier team

  • Wanting full creative direction and structure from the start

→ Full planning will be the most seamless and valuable option.

If you are:

  • Already venue booked

  • Have key suppliers in place

  • Need expert support to refine, coordinate and complete your plans

→ Partial planning may be the right fit.

Investment

Due to the highly bespoke nature of each wedding, investment is dependent on guest numbers, complexity, supplier involvement and level of support required.

Partial planning is subject to a minimum investment level, ensuring each wedding receives the time, attention and detail required to deliver it properly. The best way to understand which service is right for you is through a relaxed conversation about your plans so far and where you need support. From there, I can guide you clearly towards the option that will give you the most seamless, enjoyable planning experience.
