Every wedding is different, but partial planning can include:

• Floorplans and schedules: Detailed plans, running orders and timings for the wedding day.

• Final preparations: Confirming arrangements with suppliers and ensuring everyone understands the plan.

• On-the-day coordination: Managing the agreed schedule and overseeing the delivery of your wedding, so you can enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to plan.

When does partial planning begin?

Partial planning typically begins around four months before your wedding. This gives us time to review your plans, identify any gaps and focus on the work still needed to bring everything together.

The service works best when your venue and most key suppliers are already booked, and you have a reasonably clear idea of the wedding you want.

If you’re at an earlier stage, need extensive supplier sourcing or would like someone to oversee the entire process from the beginning, full planning may be a better fit.

Partial planning investment

Every wedding has its own requirements, so the final fee depends on the complexity of your plans, guest numbers, supplier involvement and the level of support required.

Your proposal will clearly outline what’s included, the responsibilities I’ll take on and any additional services required. If your wedding needs more extensive support than the standard package provides, we’ll agree on the scope and fee before proceeding.
